Project US Army
With this Lego US Army Set, I honor those
who have served their country, fought for it, and in many cases, died
for it.
The Humvee, High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), served in many wars and therefore deserves a special place in my Lego US Army Set.
So I made two versions, I hope you like them both!
I was also inspired by the Mastiff, a version of the Cougar armored fighting vehicle.
And of course, the famous sniper rifle!

Project Vintage Cars
Hi Car fans.
After my sci fi projects about aliens, predators and other monsters, I wanted to do something more realistic.
With an interest in cars and even more in oldtimers, the time was right to do some creative thinking.
You can see the results here.
1935 Auburn 851 Speedster.
My first vintage car is a replica minifigure scaled 1935 Auburn 851 Speedster. The car was used in an Indiana Jones movie.
1978 Morgan Plus 8.
The next project was the famous 1978 Morgan Plus 8.
Creating these models made me thinking: who invented cars anyway? The next logical step was...
Ford Model T.
The Ford Model T was produced by Henry Ford's Ford Motor Company from September 1908 to October 1927 and is generally regarded as the first affordable automobile. Not only did Ford invent the car, he also came up with the assembly line production idea. Smartass!
This is my very own oldtimer concept car. Hope you like the paint job.

Project Predator
Hi Predator fans.
Did Arnold Schwarzenegger blow your mind in the movie Predator (1987)? Or did the predator win the Oscar?
You probably still remember the plot. If you don't these concepts will surely ring a bell.
Major Alan "Dutch" Schaefer (Arnold Schwarzenegger), Central America, elite special forces team, guerilla forces, Mac (Bill Duke), Blain Cooper (Jesse Ventura), Billy Sole (Sonny Landham), Jorge 'Poncho" Ramirez (Richard Chaves), Rick Hawkins (Shane Black), CIA liaison George Dillon (Carl Weathers), helicopter wreckage, hanging bodies, Anna (Elpidia Carillo), rebel camp attack.
And do you remember these lines?
"She says the jungle... it just came alive and took him."
"It changed colors, like the chameleon, it uses the jungle"
"There's something out there waiting for us, and it ain't no man. We're all gonna die"
"Not a thing. Not a fucking trace. No blood, no bodies... We hit nothing"
"If it bleeds, we can kill it"
"What the hell *are* you"

Project Aliens: Colonial Marines
Hi Alien fans.
Like many, I was tremendously impressed by seeing the first Alien film, the first of a quadrilology that set the tone for the sci fi horror movie genre.
- Nostromo, Warrant Officer Ellen Ripley, Captain Dallas, Science Officer Ash, Alien Egg, Alien Facehugger,... (Alien, 1979);
- Ellen Ripley, LV-426, Colonial Marines, warship Sulaco, APC, Apone, Hicks, Vasquez, Hudson, Bishop, dropship, Newt, cargo-loader, Weyland-Yutani Corporation,... (Aliens, 1986);
- Fiorina 'Fury' 161, prison doctor Clemens, autopsy on Newt, prison dog, molten lead, "magnificent specimen",... (Alien 3, 1992);
- USM Auriga, Ripley clone, Ripley's enhanced strength, reflexes, acidic blood, the Betty,... (Alien Ressurection, 1997);
In the second alien movie, Ripley fights the alien queen while wearing a cargo power loader, saying the famous oneliner: "Stay away from her, you bitch!"
The M577 A.P.C. Armored Personnel Carrier (Movie: Aliens; Game: Aliens: Colonial Marines) is a multi-role vehicle, mobile and well armed. She is transported in the UD-4L Cheyenne Dropship.
The APC is operated by two crew (a driver and a section commander) and
allows thirteen positions for passengers, all equipped with yoke harness
restraints for orbital combat drop. The midsection of the APC houses
the Tactical Operations Centre, from where the section commander can
monitor the battle in real time. My model opens up so it becomes a real playable lego set. It allows 6 minifigures.
